Save your face, girl!!!

Adjusting your makeup routine in the Summer is really important. Really, less is more for these Summertime tempts. And let's face it, no one wants to have a cake face and makeup running down your face is not an attractive look!

So, what's been saving my face? Well, let me tell you, Tinted Moisturizer. Its been a LIFESAVER for me! I've used it before, but had stopped for whatever reason ... and for a month or so, I've been using it again.

I've been using Smashbox's Sheer Focus Tinted Moisturizer, and I absolutely LOVE it! It's Oil Free, lightweight, blends well and gives me enough coverage.  And not to mention, it has some really good ingredients.

The Tinted Moisturizer is: Lightweight, oil-free, and is packed with vitamins and anti-aging peptides for naturally radiant skin. It also contains citrus honey moisturization technology that nourishes the skin as it absorbs excess oil throughout the day and UVA/UVB SPF 15 guards against future damage so skin stays flawless and protected.

This is my routine:

Clean face

Moisturize

Prime face

Apply Tinited Moistruizer

Conceal face/under eye

Apply Powder to set TM

Prime eyes/apply shadow/mascara etc

Fill brows

Apply Bronzer/Blush

Apply Lipstick or Lip gloss

That's my basic makeup routine.  If I am going somewhere that's a little more glamorous, I vamp it up a bit more! Just to run errands and whatnot, this is perfect!

I really don't have to powder my nose or blot too much. That is a big plus for me ... I don't like to have to re-apply powder.

Now, I do have a two Cons. The Cons are:

• The price is $30 plus tax (size is 1.7 fl. oz.)
• There's only 5 shades (Fair, Light, Medium, Dark and Luminous.)
